Refund Eligibility
A partial or full refund may be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not yet started and no work has been delivered.

A cancellation request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment.

There is a proven failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of service as per the signed contract or proposal.
All refund requests must be submitted to hello@scanrly.com with a valid reason and project reference details.
No Refunds Will Be Provided If:

Work has already started or been partially delivered.

The delay in delivery is caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required inputs.

The project was delayed or canceled due to client-side issues.

The client decides to discontinue or change project scope after payment and initiation.
Subscription-Based Services
If you are enrolled in a monthly or yearly subscription (e.g., hosting, maintenance, SEO retainers):

You may cancel your subscription with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle or for any unused portion once the service is active.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first before initiating any chargebacks through your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may be considered a breach of contract.
